TERM OF SALES

  • Rental, limited to a minimum of 7 days, is governed by the decree of December 28, 1976 on furnished studios rented on a seasonal basis.

  • The charges included in the rent are water and common areas electricity, the use of dryer, internet access as well as municipal taxes and household garbage. The use of washing machine is possible with additional cost.

  • The personal use of water and electricity in the studio will remain at your expense. A detailed statement is carried out each month.

  • Regarding street parking, you can park your vehicle directly in front of the Residence or in the other side of the street, along the green space. Make sure you leave free access to emergency, fire brigade and ambulance vehicles by avoiding to park in front of doors.

  • It is forbidden to smoke in the Residence, inside studios and common areas. On the terrace and in front of the residence, we kindly ask you to use a personal ashtray for your cigarette butts. Throwing them on the ground or in the sewers is not a civic act, butts take more than 5 years to be broken down by nature. In addition, the presence of ashes and cigarette butts on floor in front of the Residence is regrettable! Please have the reflex to put them in your ashtray. We are counting on you to keep a spirit of good cohabitation.

  • The FRANCLAIR Residence is a quiet place. It is requested to respect everyone's peace of mind.

  • When you use the terrace at night, you may find that the lights turn on as soon as they detect your presence with a delay of a few minutes, then turn off if you don’t move. We installed in the recess of the small kitchen window, a switch to fix the light. When you leave the patio, please make sure that this switch is in “off” position.

  • Central heating: in general, it is customary for the heating in studios to turn on October 15, and the closing date on April 15 (temperature above 18°C). However, we will adapt this use according to the temperature of the moment in order to provide all the comfort to our tenants. Our system takes the outside temperature into account to set the temperature of the water circulating in the heater distribution. You can adjust the temperature of your studio as you prefer. For that, please refer to the information sheet given on your arrival.

• 2 minutes from junction 43 of the A31 motorway (Nancy-Metz-Thionville-Luxembourg)

• 15 minutes from the Cattenom Nuclear Power Plant

• 30 minutes from the city centers of Metz and Luxembourg

• 30 minutes from the complex and the "Thermapolis" thermal center of Amnéville

 

Walk

• 3 minutes from all shops and 10 minutes from "Citéline" and "ViaVil" bus stations (300, 301, 302) to join Luxembourg from the "Kinépolis" cinema complex

• opposite the Residence, a bus stop (Line 12) join the city of Thionville as well as all connections to the "TIM" and "cross-border transport" networks.
